Dear Requester,

Your request has been received. It has also been denied. These events occurred in the order that suited us.

The material you requested remains sealed under Order 1850-NB-0717 (amended). The amendment is itself sealed. The reason for the amendment is that we were asked about the original.

The Bureau notes that your request concerned pages all of them. Release of these pages would cause lunch to be reconsidered on a national scale, which the Bureau is not, at this time, prepared to watch.

Regarding pages 3 through 8: the Bureau does not hold them. The Bureau has written to the Earl of Sandwich (estate). The estate has not replied. The estate has never replied.

You may appeal this decision. Appeals are heard by the same office, on a different day. The Bureau was dissolved in 1971. This has not slowed it down.

Thank you for your interest in transparency. It has been noted.
